TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERALBy commissioning the artist, you are buying their services:• You are to credit the artist if you are to post the artwork publicly.
• Do not claim their artwork as yours.
• Do not do any alteration on their artwork.
• Do not sell/use their artwork for non-fungible token (NFTs) or any cryptocurrecy purposes.
• Do not use or feed the artwork to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generator.
• You will get a digital/soft copy of the final output.
• Art commissioned/purchased shall be used solely for personal means unless commercial right is also purchased.
• The artist has the right to the final output of the commissioned art to be displayed in their soc-med accounts and portfolio.
• Copyright of the artist is maintained.

ORDERING• The artist has the right to decline a request if it ain't their cup of tea (check their list of DOs and DON'Ts properly).• No rush illustration order will be accepted. Please, be sure that you have check the TAT before placing an order.• Fixed art style; no other demands will be entertained.• Order/s shall be sent with the right template provided.• Once order is accepted by the artist, an account number/link will be sent so you can make your payment to process your request.

PAYMENT• Pay upfront/fully or 50/50 to process your request. The artist needs assurance that you can afford to pay, and practice of scam won't be tolerated.• If you decided to pay in 50/50, the other 50% shall be paid upon sketch/initial update's approval.• Until the last progress' update will be alloted for paying the other half of payment if it can't be done immediately after approving the sketch.• Final output won't be sent until payment is fully paid.• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. See to it that upon ordering the artist's service, you are 100% sure and has no thought in mind to back out and cancel the order.

PROCESS• The artist usually works following the queue and rush orders so you may expect to receive your order as late as you placed your order.• TAT (turnaround time): 6-12 weeks time. 3-4 months at most if there is not much revision. TAT will run once the artist has sent the initiaL update.• However, you may get a refund provided that the artist didn't update or get back to you in a span of 6 months max. This is depending on the artist's schedule and workload, and your order's scale and intricacy. If you're impatient and looking for a faster TAT, then this artist may not be the one you're looking for.• Expect an average of three-four (3-4) once the sketch/draft is sent as an initial update.• Minor revisions are free (emphasis/removal of some details), however;• Major revisions will take charge and an additional fee at a fixed 50% rate of the paid price will be collected (includes change of character, outfit, pose, etc.). Frequent revisions may result to the artist dropping the project.• You will be notified one last time once the final output has been sent.

• nsfw (expect additional charges)• anything else that wasn't mentioned in DOs' column.

Fixed art style. No other demands will be entertained.

It was brought to my attention that there are people who have the audacity to steal my artworks, and use them to open their own commissions to scam people at a lower price rate, and in other currency rates as well.Please be reminded that these are the only accounts I'm going to communicate with you with.
