TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERALBy commissioning the artist, you are buying their services:• You are to credit the artist if you are to post this artwork publicly.
• Do not claim their artwork as yours.
• Do not sell/use their artwork for NFTs and AI.
• You will get a digital/soft copy of the final output.
• Art commissioned/purchased shall be used solely for personal means; unless commercial right is also purchased.
• The artist has the right to the final output of the commissioned art to be displayed in their soc-med accounts and portfolio and that copyright of the artist is maintained,
• however; you may notify them if they are not allowed to post the output together with the reason/s.ORDERING• The artist has the right to decline a request if it ain't their cup of tea (check their list of DOs and DON'Ts properly).
• No rush illustration order will be accepted. Please, be sure that you have check the TAT before placing an order.
• Fixed art style; no other demands will be entertained.
• Order/s shall be sent with the right template provided.
• Once order is accepted by the artist, an account number/link will be sent so you can make your payment to process your request.PAYMENT• Pay upfront/fully or 50/50 to process your request. The artist needs assurance that you can afford to pay, and practice of scam won't be tolerated.
• If you decided to pay in 50/50, The other 50% shall be paid upon sketch/initial update's approval, however;
• Until the last progress' update will be alloted for paying the other half of payment if it can't be done immediately after approving the sketch.
• Final output won't be sent until payment is fully paid.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. See to it that upon ordering their service, you are 100% sure and has no thought in mind to back out and cancel the order.
• MOP (mode of payment): Paypal, Wise, Kofi, Gcash, Seabank, Maya, GoTymePROCESS• The artist usually works following the queue and rush orders so you may expect to receive your order as late as you placed your order.
• TAT (turnaround time): 1-12 weeks time. 3 months at most if there is not much revision
• However, you may get a refund provided that the artist didn't update or get back to you in a span of 5-6 months max. This is depending on the artist's schedule and workload, and your order's scale and intricacy. If you're impatient and looking for a faster TAT, then this artist may not be the one you're looking for.
• Expect an average of two-three (2-3) updates once sketch/draft is sent as an initial update.
• Minor revisions are free (emphasis/removal of some details), however;
• Major revisions will take charge and an additional fee at a fixed 50% rate of the paid price will be collected (includes change of character, outfit, pose, etc.).
• You will be notified/messaged one last time once the final output has been sent.

It was brought to my attention that there are people who have the audacity to steal my artworks, and use them to open their own commissions to scam people at a lower price rate, and in other currency rates as well.Please be reminded that these are the only accounts I'm going to communicate with you with.

REMINDERS

• Pay upfront/fully or 50/50 to start and process your commission. You may do an increments for larger amount. (non-refundable).
• Commission order/s will not be placed and secured if not paid at least a down payment.
• TAT (turnaround time) is 1-12 weeks' time, 3 months at most if there is not much revision. This is depending on the artist's schedule and workload, and your order's scale and intricacy. Bigger and more intricate illustrations take time to be completed.
• However, you may get a refund provided that the artist didn't provide any single update or get back to you in a span of 5-6 months max.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Please consider that the artist works with a long pending of commission. Paying upfront or early does not mean immediate attention to your order; expect that your commission request will be put at the last of the queue so slow updates are guaranteed. TAT will start running from the very first update (draft).If you're impatient, in a rush, and looking for a faster turnaround time, then this artist is NOT the one you're looking for.
